The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Outlook. The small children in the vehicle are able to pull the lever out of the middle rear seat in the vehicle. This causes the seat to fall backwards. The contact is concerned that it may cause potential harm if there is a child seated in the back seat. Also, in the event of a crash, the seat could collapse on a child seated in the third row seats. The dealer stated that there were no recalls for the failure and the seats were operating normally. The manufacturer agreed with the dealer. The current and failure mileages were 18,000.
