When the key is turned to start, there is one click but it will not even turn over at all. I turned the headlights on and turned the key to start, but the lights didn't dim as they should have. All accessories inside the car do work however (the headlights are bright as well). The last 2 times it was started, it had to be jumped, but the cables had to be left on for approx. 15 min. The battery cables were removed, and the cables and battery are like new. I don't have a meter, so I couldn't check the battery voltage, etc. Is there a fusible link on this car that could be bad? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
