I literally took this vehicle back to the dealer I purchased an extended warranty complaining of loud popping noise such as a strut or shock or cv joint popping when going over bumps, dips, turning, stopping. Vehicle did not ride smooth or quietly for a vehicle that was only 2 years old. One prior owner traded Tribeca in noticed on right front of fender it was popped out. Googled vehicle and it stated it was in a front end collision in a small town. I mentioned to the dealership. They have literally had my car in the shop every month since 2013 I have paid out of pocket over $10000 to repair this.
I put new struts all around and every other thing the dealership Money Automotive "thought" was wrong to correct this problem! I was charged for their negligence of fixing the problem they were just guesstimating what they thought was wrong with my car. Never fully fixing the issue. I have researched this issue and it states that if a front end damage occurred to a vehicle that was in a wreck it could have faulty wiring and alignment, axel problems.
Formosa Kansas was where the repair took place at a mom and pop shop but it was never reported to Kelly Blue Book. It cannot be aligned 100% as it still veers to the left. I am pretty sure some of this is a manufacturers issue as well as the Tribeca was stopped production in 2017 and recently they came out with the Ascent to replace it. 5 years to try to get something right does not make sense to me to reproduce a new and better.
