Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to thank you, actually it is for months that my car has this very serious problem. as Iran's Suzuki factory said that there is no this block in Iran it should bring from Japan but it is 90 days and more that i have no car. also they have realized this serious problem, depends on Japan's company because there is five car during this 90 days like this. they told me the factory has to accept it the block's material isn't good one so please help me and the four others. the Suzuki factory have to get guaranty for our cars. as a woman I don't have car now and i have paid so huge money when I have bought this car so what should I do now ?? I am waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.
