I have a SUZUKI LIANA 2002 model. I have an OXYGEN SENSOR WARNING that is stopping my car from driving properly( Reduced Power)

I repaired the Sensor and now want to turn off the warning light on the dash. Purchased a PP-2145 OBD-II Engine Code Reader with Bluetooth Technology for $70.00. Paired an app recommended on the package to the device and tried to connect to car's ECU without success. Returned to the reputable dealer for advice or exchange. He assured me the device will work if I buy a better APP. suitable for my car. Can not seem to locate the suitable APP. as there is nowhere to find information on the make of my vehicle. This appears to be a massive problem everywhere in the world as there are blogs of frustrated customers paying ongoing costs trying to find the apps suitable for connecting to the ECU's of vehicles.

CAN ANYBODY HELP?

Cheers
