I bought a used 2008 SX4 in November 2012. It was red. Yes, was! I noticed the paint looked washed out by the time spring came along. Tried to wax, buff, scrub it returned to it's nice red color, but only for a few days. Now, 2 years later, it is mostly a washed out pinkish red. A paint job would fix the problem, but it costs more than what the car is worth.
