mechanics cannot diagnosis electrical problem

The 2008 Suzuki XL7 was missing while driving on the freeway. When I stopped and turned it off, it would not start again. It made a loud chugging noise. I had it towed to a shop and they said it needed a new PCM computer. The shop wouldn't fix it and asked me to tow it home. I had an expert install the new computer that I bought. After the new computer was installed, the loud noise was gone but when I turned on the car, it sounded like the battery was low. I charged the battery but it will not start. The new mechanic towed it to his shop. He said that no electricity or charge is getting to the spark plugs and he cannot figure out what is wrong nor can he fix it. To make a long story short, this is the third mechanic I have taken it to and I am now without a car, $9000 in debt, tapped out on rental cars, a grandma with two grandkids to raise and no means of transportation. Suzuki built a lemon and has stuck it to the public with no technician that can diagnosis or fix their problems.
