I have had my 2008 Xl7 Suzuki. At first the car was running fine, but from the onset of my first emissions test, I had the check engine light to come on. So I did a treatment and did a drive cycle, but it did not work. So I was riding along and notice the check engine light was off and so that year my car passed. This year has been the very opposite, because my emissions was due again. I did two treatments drove a total of 100 miles or more and still my check engine light was on. Then I had to replace my gas cap because it got damaged. The first cap was put on and I continued to get the tighten the gas cap. So I went to buy another gas cap and I am still getting the same error. So now, without having passed my emissions test, there will be no driving for me. Maybe this is something that was wrong when I first bought it, but the problem may have been masked. Any suggestions otherwise it is public transportation for me.
