We initially bought the first unit which had the same problem way back 2010 and had a gear box leak ( take note it's a new car about 60+ kilomer on the odometer ) and we had the whole unit replaced which took almost a year to replace due to bureaucracy and finally it's been replaced in february of 2011 then ha to wait till oct 2011 for the replacement unit. And finally unit arrived and had issues and missing item from it's original unit like leather seats, sensor wiper among others. But the main problem was still the transmission. As I write this it's now at Volvo Philippines and again they are replacing a clutch system which is suppose to fix the problem.... For a car that's almost new the whole life span is almost inside the dealer garage..... Never again will we buy a Volvo....
