225/50R-17 94V proxes tpt all season blackwall had a sidewall failure while traveling straight on a highway at 70 mph, outside temp was 84 degrees F. tire core remained intact leaving 1 or 2 inches of each sidewall glued to rim. Tire had 22K miles on it. Air pressure should have been okay since it was checked a few weeks earlier. Opposing tire was at 33 when checked cold the next day. Door panel indicates 29-39 is okay.
