I have replaced the front struts in my 2003 Volvo S80 5 times and I am getting ready to have to fix it a 6th time. This will be the 6th times in 8 years. My friend also had the same problem on his so he traded it in. I can't because my wife loves this car. What could be causing this. Why has Volvo not done something about this. It is a known problem. Also I had the driver window control panel replaced and the software update and now I get an alarm message saying the alarm system went off. I took it to the dealer and Volvo said its fixed but it continues. Other than that car is great. Front struts are killing me in price every year.
