Today, the windsheild wipers started exhibiting the same problem as the previous two reports. Only works (sort of) on high. None of the slower speeds react at all.
I got this car just 4 months ago from someone and now the windshield wipers will not work except on high (and not all the time) and when you turn them off they just stop wherever you turned it off at (even if it is infront of your eyesight) And today they just wouldn't even come on. I am going to see if it is covered by Chrysler tomorrow.
Without warning the windshield wipers just stopped working. You can sometimes get them to come on but only on high and then they will begin to slow and then stop. Of course not returning to the off position which blocks your vision and causes even more danger. I have spoken to my local dealer and was told that "if" it is covered they will fix it but if not I must pay for the diagnosis. I can never seem to get a clear answer and do not feel comfortable taking the vehicle in without some idea of what is wrong.
