Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. While driving approximately 60 mph, an opposing motorist failed to stop at the stop sign and crashed into the passenger side of the contact's vehicle. The frontal air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning lights illuminated on the instrument panel. Both vehicles sustained damages. The contact sustained severe neck and shoulder injuries. The police, fire department, and ambulance were called to the scene. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer. The contact is waiting on a response from the insurance company regarding the extent of the damages. The VIN was unknown. The failure and current mileages were 36,000.
