THIS IS DOWN RIGHT TERRIFYING! I drive around with 3 kids in my car. This car will just shut down with usually no warning. Sometimes the wheel and brakes will lock up and then it shuts down. I have to put it in park then restart it, which so far it will restart. Other times when I am driving it just loses power, if I catch it before it stalls I can pop it in neutral while driving and restart it. It has shut down on major highways without warning. Thank God we have not been hit by anyone. I have had it looked at several times and they can't find anything wrong. My engine light has recently come on again and it says perform service. We have been lucky enough that I have been able to pull off the road when this happens. Please, if anyone can give us some advice. I can't afford to trade it in right now.
