Brakes totaly failed when my wife was taking son to DR apt. Pressed so hard on brake was bending steering wheel. She hit another car. After front end was fixed 2 different dealers could not find problem with brakes according to them. I was struck driving it because my wife wouldn't drive it. It has happened twice to me once had to use e brake and lucky to be first car at light, second time pumped brakes and they then locked up. This can not be an isolated case of antilock brake failure.
