TERRIBLE NOISE like a helicopter when windows are rolled down. I had a migraine after 10 minutes. What is the deal and why and can it be fixed.????????

I have always loved Dodge vehicles- until now! Whether the window(or windows) are open a little or completely, a deafening, roaring noise consumes the vehicle. The severe pain in everyones ears makes it impossible to leave the windows open at all!! Help?
