Durango Limited 4.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 5,000 miles

I have had my transmission rebuilt twice along with my transfer case. The
Transmission had shattered 2 torque converters. I still have a noise when it
downshifts into second. The dealership says thay can't find anything but they still
have my truck.

My truck has problem when I slow down and i'm doing between 10 and 30 miles per hour then I try to accelerate the transmission something in the drivetrain thumps and feels like someone just bumped be from behind.
I took the car to the dealer ship the quality contry person called me back and said they find no problem, I explained to the guy exactly what I feel and I would be glad to take him on a test drive, he said he would take the car out himself, he called me back and said that he did find the problem and sees how it is a problem. He said he will order some replacement parts to take care of this. I called him back once week for one month finally he said bring the car by the parts have arrived.
The car was at the dealership for four days. they were not able to fix or find the problem, the person said the engineer has concluded the truck is normal and there is nowhere on any of the truck parts due to my issue.
