2nd time heater not working. Blowing cold air at 70 degrees, need to turn heat up to get heat on driver side. Fan seems to not run at full speed when turning it up to 7 (full blast). The passenger side looses heat and gets cold air if driver's side temp is higher than passenger side and vice versa. Tried Sync and auto, but neither worked well and still would get cold air. Winter is coming, need heat!
