I contacted our dealer as soon as we noticed the penny size tear, worn patch on our rear bucket leather seat. They had me bring the vehicle into the dealer so they could take pictures and submit them to Chrysler to review. I received a call in less than a week from the dealer who said Chrysler would not cover or fix the seat explaining that it is "normal wear and tear" REALLY???? We purchased this vehicle brand new(2014) in December 2013 and it is not even a year old. We have 17K miles on it and take very good care of the vehicle. How can anyone say this is normal wear and tear on a vehicle we paid over $45K on and it is not even a YEAR OLD? We previously owned a Yukon which also had black leather seats and owned it for 4 years. At no point did the seats look worn, even after 4 years of owning it! I will NEVER purchase another Dodge again in my life. I will also make sure to tell anyone I know our experience and steer them away from DODGE/Chrysler Vehicles! Absolutely uncalled for!
