window will not let up and A/C not really blowing cool

we have taking this truck to the dealer over 11 times for stuff going wrong on this truck.. the window will not let up and the ac is blowing mint warn air just a little cool but the dealer said nothing wrong with ac and fix the window.. . people tell me that I got a truck that was builder on Monday.. but I called CS and I was told by one of their own Cs rep that they will do anything about this problem and so ask to speak with manager and this rep tells me that the manger will do anything either so don't a point in me asking for manger and that the manger going to tell us the same thing but on e third times asking for a manger he finally tells us that a manger will call us back within 24 hours.. this is so bad that rep's don't even want to speaking to a manger..this was a gift from my husband to me. I tried to get husband to go to Nissan because I love there cars but we listening to my father who bleed Chrystal and have retired from Chrystal and his brother have too so the family support Chrystal all the way.. So we get a Dodge Durango base off them.. but we have had so many problems with this truck. I just want a replacement truck because this is just Arbitration the same problem with ac, engine work over and over ac work over and over .. listen to the rep. it seem like Chrysler or Dodge don't care about their customs but I have paper trail and I don't plan on stopping right here.. I paid for a brand new truck but I didn't get that at all...
