Taurus SES 3.0L
All in all, this car has driven well. But, like a few other Taurus' I have owned, it eats starters. I have replaced 2 on this car and a total of 5 starters on 2 other models I have owned and my mother's as well. How hard can it be to make a better starter. I'm an Engineer... it's a pretty simple concept. I don't hear from Chevy owners having this problem. Where are you FORD?! If you "have a better idea", let's see it!
