Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

OK. This typically happens on cold days, just above freezing temps or lower. When I try to start the car multiple indication lights will start to click on and off repeatedly. The car will attempt to turn over, sounds like starting a car that almost has a dead battery. But then a few minutes pass and it will start up as if nothing was wrong. I'm certain this is an electrical problem, possible circuit board, contact, maybe a relay sticking but with labor rates as high as they are I do not want to take it in to have it looked at. Would be curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Also this started about a year ago when the car had about 215,000 miles on it. And I also have the same issue as everyone else with the driver door lock issues...
