I received NHTSA recall20V-027 from american Honda motor co., Inc. In Oct, 2020. I followed instructions by calling Liberty Honda in hartford, ct on November 10th and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on November 27th and was told the same thing. The notice said I could file a complaint if they did not respond in a reasonable amount of time/60 days. I simply want to schedule the repair.

I received mail stating my airbag could kill me if it's not replaced. It's been 90 days since I got that correspondence. It said 60 days I would hear back again because Honda doesn't have the parts. This is my daily driver and I feel as if Honda doesn't care since it's been 30 days beyond what I was told and still haven't gotten it fixed.

We received a recall notice in March 2020 for the airbag of our Honda Odyssey. Turns out the recall dates back to January 17. Honda let us drive the vehicle and put our lives at risk for nearly two months. As of today, Honda did not reply to our letter about airbag replacement nor did they contact us to get the vehicle repaired. The vehicle could not be operated since March and expenses for it are climbing.
