I received NHTSA recall20V-027 from american Honda motor co., Inc. In Oct, 2020. I followed instructions by calling Liberty Honda in hartford, ct on November 10th and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again on November 27th and was told the same thing. The notice said I could file a complaint if they did not respond in a reasonable amount of time/60 days. I simply want to schedule the repair.
On the month of March 2020, american Honda motor send a letter of recall regarding airbag, and I make an schedule Aug 04'20 and they told me they don't have the available parts so it was canceled, but as of Oct. 14' 20 I did not receive any letter for the recall.

I received mail stating my airbag could kill me if it's not replaced. It's been 90 days since I got that correspondence. It said 60 days I would hear back again because Honda doesn't have the parts. This is my daily driver and I feel as if Honda doesn't care since it's been 30 days beyond what I was told and still haven't gotten it fixed.

I received a recall notice from Honda in March 2020, saying they needed to replace my airbags due to issues that could cause death. They said not to respond and they would follow up with when it could be fixed. It is now June 2020 and they have not contact me at all.

Honda let us drive the vehicle and put our lives at risk for nearly two months. As of today, Honda did not reply to our letter about airbag replacement nor did they contact us to get the vehicle repaired. The vehicle could not be operated since March and expenses for it are climbing.
