Had my Odyssey for 4 years and although the car rides well I have had some problems particularly with the sliding doors and rust. Rust actually came through on the drivers side door ( covered by warranty after some screaming at Honda) and this was OK. But the vertical black trim pieces separating the glass window pieces on the sliding doors actually rusted through on both doors and started to crumble. Honda said they would not cover this either under the current warranty or the extended warranty as it was considered "trim". Clearly these trim components are made from inferior metal. I am a little disappointed with Honda whose quality control is usually at a much higher level.

If you own a 2005 Honda Odyssey I highly recommend you open the rear door and look straight up to examine the paint close to where the door seal meets the paint (look along and around the smudge of black rubber deposited on the paint from the door seal). You may see the start of rust coming through the paint. On my Odyssey I noticed this early on and I have had it repaired for three consecutive years under warranty. The tech thought it was from the door rubbing up and down against the seal. I don't agree, I think it is just poor steel or poorly treated/finished steel during production.
