Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2007 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that when depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle would erroneously surge forward. The contact mentioned that the failure only occurred when the air conditioner was activated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed that the brake fluid needed to be changed. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 17.

Vsa, check engine lights came on, looks like same problem 2005 Pilot were recalled for. Vehicle brake on its own, complete loss of power, happened 2months a go and again 2/3/15. Had towed to shop to have scanned. Very scary situation.
