After having a loose ground connection on the battery I found that the drivers side doors didn't turn on the interior light. I then tried using the controls on the door to open windows an lock the doors it would only operate it's own window. After changing the ground wire the controls and the interior light all worked correctly again. I did also run into check engine issues that have turned out to be bad computer.
