I bought this car thinking it had better quality than others. I have been disappointed ever since. The amount of recalls and problems we are having with it are awful. I have a vibe 2007 that has never had any problems like this. Will never purchase a Jeep again.
Took my car to dealership last Friday due to my doors won't lock. Dealership ordered some part..didn't fix it...looked at many different things and still couldn't fix.. Now said it needs a certain part (dcw) or something and it will be next month till they can probably get it.. Told me car was safe to drive other than locks. Well, turn my rental in go to pick my car up and now seat won't move! Paid a lot of money for a car that I cant drive..very upsetting. Who knows when my car will be fixed, not to mention also having power issues.
When I press gas and radio pure static.. They claim an update has supposedly fixed that but who knows.... Back in a rental car which has to be only a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge. :( Not happy camper at all.
