Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited V8 4.7L the Engine Light is on, the Check gauges light is on, it read: P0308 Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected, and P0136 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank I Sensor 2). I replaced the spark plug coil on plug 8, replaced upper O2 sensor...lights still on and runs rough...what could it be?
