The contact owns a 2014 Kia Sorento. The contact stated that the front passenger's and driver's side low beam headlights failed on multiple occasions and were replaced six times. Also, the contact indicated that the front passenger's side accent light located above the headlights failed and no longer was illuminated. The cause of the failures were not determined. The local dealer was not notified. The manufacturer was notified of the failures however, no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 4,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Kia Sorento. The contact stated that the headlights were dim while driving at night. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and referred the contact to the dealer. The vehicle was taken to Kia of augusta (706-312-9200, located at 1770 gordon hwy, augusta, ga 30904) for a check up. The technician offered to replace the headlights with aftermarket parts, for which the contact would be partly responsible for the cost. The contact could not tell whether the part was available. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 77,000.
