this is a diesel engine. It starts fine when the engine is cold. When the engine is warm it will not start although the starter spins well.I have had it on a scanner but nothing shows up.It will start with a roll down a hill.It will also start if the diesel pump is cooled by pouring cold water on it. the following things have been suggested 1- worn fuel pump 2-ICU unit 3- Timing belt mat have slipped a cog but it runs well when going 4-Is there a heater in the pump which may have developed a fault 5
