I don't know if it is a sensor, or what. But occasionally the Forward Collision Avoidance Light comes on while driving at any speed, and there is literally nothing in front of me, on open roads. I'm not certain where the sensor is located on the vehicle. Maybe I hit a bug and it's stuck on the sensor, or something. But it comes on for no reason. Then it won't happen again for thousands of miles. Nothing major, just an annoyance.
