I purchased my car brand new and traded in a 2020 Mazda 3 with over 100,000 mi. I've had nothing but problems with this new vehicle since I purchased it. I had a good experience with my previous Mazda minus the terrible paint that chips off. My new Mazda rattles like crazy and has been in the dealership for weeks at a time but no one wants to fix it. The rattling is a known issue for these cars after doing some research. Mazda and it's dealerships will not do anything to fix it. They just tell you that it's normal for a car to rattle. My previous Mazda had a hundred thousand miles on it and didn't rattle at all.
