The engine was restarted after shifting into park and then drive. The failure recurred five times while the contact was sitting at a complete stop. Belt tensioner pulley assembly gets rusted and breaks over time causing the serpentine belt to break during driving possibly breaking power steering pump belt in the process. Steering will freeze or become extremely difficult causing steering failure and an accident.
