I have looked this problem up on the internet and I have found that there is a lot of us having this issue. most is having the issue between 40 and 55 thousand miles. I have owned several new cars and I have never had a issue with exhaust this early. I am so very upset about this. I am now going to have to miss a day of work and take it in and get it fixed. I hope it doesn't cost very much or there will go my kids vacation this year that we were supposed to be going on in a few weeks.

I feel that you should recall this since so many people are having the same issue

The warranty was exceeded by only 5000 miles and the car was still within the three year time limit, however, warranty states....3 years or 36000 miles, whichever comes first. Therefore I had to pay $300 to repair it. I thought I was choosing a good vehicle when I bought this, but in addition to the muffler there is other potential issues - the car is very noisy with wind in the door seals so you have to adjust the radio volume every time you adjust your speed, it's also been making other noises I'm not sure what they are.
