I was originally told that there was a leak in the intake manifold gasket, but this never appeared on the invoice

When switching into overdrive hear a loud clunking so can only drive in 3rd gear, also intake manifold is leaking antifreeze in crankcase oil. Any recommendations on getting assistance from GM regarding recall on these defective parts?
Any recommended repairs before they tell me I need a new engine?
