Lent the car out to my son-in-law and when he returned the car we couldn't get the trunk open. Neither the latch inside the car nor with the key. It was stuck! We had to YouTube to find a way to get the back passenger seat to lie down so we could at least get his luggage out of the trunk. What's more difficult is that the seat release is also located in the trunk! After about 1/2 an hour we managed to rescue the luggage. I climbed into the trunk and began removing the bits and pieces so we could get to the trunk lock. The trunk latch release didn't work either. After about an hour of twisting and turning the lock pieces we were able to get the trunk to open. Had to take it into our mechanic friend and they managed to fix it.
