After replacing the alternator, I noticed there wasn't much cold air blowing through the vents. Switching the vents did nothing. A/C air was cold, just weak flow. When starting the car, I got weak cold air 2/3 of the time. A few days later, no air at all coming through the vents, no matter how many times I restarted the car or switched air on/off.
