I took my car in for service because there was a clunk noise when I made turns and the brakes were grinding. At this time the tires were at 7/32 on a 50,000 mile tire. The Toyota dealership replaced the front brake pads and shims, lube pad support plates. They said there was two different brakes for this vehicle and they put the other kind on. They addressed the clunk sound by loosing and retorqued the front under carriage. They noted a Popping noise from the front under carriage on the service order. Since this time I have replaced the front tires three times and was told by Toyota home office that this is a normal wear and tear for tires on this car. My dealership has also done three alignments on the vehicle and it still clunks. I will submit the other service orders in another complaint.
