We purchased the car from J Pauley Toyota in Fort Smith online. Wired funds. When we arrived they didn't answer questions. Rude. Unhelpful. Complained that they didn't make money on the deal. Wouldn't even offer a key chain. Drive the car home and next day drive to store and brake spring falls off leaving brakes in down position, unable to pump.
Sales guy has me text. I reply with memes about Toyota's brakes. They want me to drive car back to them with brake issue to fix. Toyota headquarters should be told about this company. I have purchased cars before and these people would be the worst ever. They wouldn't even show me how to use any thing on the car. A quote "your a smart guy, I'm sure you will figure it out" OK! Great. They couldn't answer a single question about anything I asked. Basic simple questions. I would say these people are worse then a used car lot.
Update from Mar 23, 2015: They put the same spring back on.
