the exhaust has become noisier over time

The dealership doubted my complaint.

I had to ask them to park another ZDX next to my car to see the difference for themselves.

Admittedly it is/was worse on cold starts.

The say a harmonic valve inside the muffler assembly was sticking.

So this is a repeat of the same original problem I had when the car was just a year old.Then Acura was willing to promptly fix the problem under warranty, this replaced part is 3 years old now and I am being told to just live with it as it is not a safety issue. I can't believe I am the only Acura owner with this problem, (never mind twice)!
