paint peeling off hood and roof not sticking to ecoat paint peeling off hood and roof not sticking to ecoat

About a month ago the paint on my hood and my roof started to peel off. I contacted Buick and they told me to take the vehicle to a local dealer and have them evaluate it to see if it is a manufacturer defect or not. I took it to Buick GMC in Delray and the service manager Ralph wrote up a ticket to Buick that said it needs hood painted but with no context, Buick denied it. Of course, who would accept that? So I told him that was incorrect and he needed to give them context. He said he did not feel comfortable putting his name on it so he sent me to the body shop manager.

The manager in the body shop took one look at it and said yes that is a manufacture defect and he has seen it before. The paint is not sticking to the ecoat. He said he would give his summary to Ralph and have him resend to Buick. Well, Ralph tells Buick that it is an issue with the clear coat... ummm, no it is not. Well, now I have to take my car to another dealer and see if they can help me. I know there is a class action against GMC for peeling paint on cars. Clearly they have an issue.
