Bought new Ford Flex. Extremely bad trim. Took in to have repaired. adjustments were made. Better but not right. Car is scheduled to go in for same issue Again. Very poor quality control. Already regret $40,000 plus purchase. Poor paint job. Vehicle has died on me on 2 occasions while driving at 55 plus MPH. As I write this rant, microsoft SYNC system has failed. Scheduled for "investigation" . Service writer verified problem. I love this vehicle, but now feel stuck with a piece of s*#&t car.
