A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

THIS IS MY THIRD FORD FLEX I LEASED. THE FIRST TWO WERE OK, NO PROBLEMS. FORD GAVE INCENTIVES TO RENEW LEASE AND I DID BECAUSE THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS . THIS CURRENT VEHICLE IS 18 MONTHS INTO THE LEASE AND LOST POWER ON SEPT 11TH 2014, I WAS ALMOST REAR-ENDED. THE PROBLEM WAS SAID TO BE A BLOCKED SENSOR.

ON DECEMBER 25TH 2014 THE VEHICLE LOST POWER WITH MY 10 YEAR OLD CHILD IN THE CAR WITH ME, SHE WAS TERRIFIED. I WAS HELPLESS, THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING BUT I HAD NO CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. I DECIDED BECAUSE OF THE ONGOING SAFETY RISK AM NOT GETTING BACK IN THE VEHICLE. FORD REFUSED TO OFFER ANY SOLUTION. THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AS A DEFECTIVE FUEL PUMP AND SAID IT WAS REPLACED.

THE ISSUE IS BEING DEALT WITH BY FORD'S LEGAL DEPARTMENT. ALL I WANT IS OUT OF THIS VEHICLE, AM NOT WAITING FOR A TRAGIC EVENT. THE VEHICLE IS AT CROWN FORD, THEY CLAIM IT'S FIXED BUT AM NOT WILLING TO GAMBLE WITH MY FAMILY'S WELL BEING. FORD IS THE FIRST AMERICAN AUTO I DRIVEN AND I WILL NEVER DRIVE ANOTHER FORD PRODUCT.
