Well, how do I begin. This was bought as our retirement car. Purchased 11/20/14 new. We love the Flex however its been 1 thing after another, 3 sets of front struts, stablizer bar links, lower sway bar link, defective tires (4 chunks coming out) another stabilizer, bad battery, windshield washer pump, and transfer case/PTU which was just replaced last week when we picked up the electronics are all screwed up. In side lights come on in middle of night, the dash in middle lights up white off and on whenever it likes, the dash says engine running while going down road and to put in park. I'm 64 years old my wife is a few years younger and is the primary driver. My wife has little faith in her car at this time and from what I've been reading electronics is a major problem with the 13 flex's. I'm ready to trade and I may be a 30+ Ford fan changing manufacturers if someone don't get back with us soon.
I FORGOT TO SAY THE 8:15 AM APPOINTMENT WE HAD TODAY WAS CANCELED DUE TO NOT HAVING A LONER CAR AND MECHANIC TIED UP ON ANOTHER PROBLEM SO WE DROVE IN AND DROVE BACK HOME AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM AS OF NOW 2:00 PM. Would have save us a lot of time just calling and telling us they couldn't keep appointment we been waiting on for over a week. :(
