My 2013 Terrain only had 57,305 miles on it when this happened. My car just made a lot of noise and stopped running. All I could do was call the wrecker to be towed in. I had to replace the Transfer Case Assy & Torque Convertor and fluids. The transfer case was cracked and leaking along with the converter seal.
This made me sick. This Terrain was barely broke in. I contacted GMC directly and complained, and they offered me $350.00 for my trouble. I was biting bullets. I told them to keep it if they couldn't do any better than that. For this wouldn't even cover the taxes on the repairs which was over $4000.00.
I will never buy another GMC product. JUNK! All I can do is suck it up!
