"SERVICE BULLETIN - THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE AUDIO UNIT SOFTWARE, WHICH MAY LEAD TO ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS: • BLUETOOTH® AUDIO SKIPS. • AUDIO ICON DOES NOT WORK. • GPS ERROR CODE 1302 SETS. • ERROR MESSAGE SXM CHECK TUNER APPEARS. • GPS INITIALIZATION SCREEN APPEARS. • REAR CAMERA IS STUCK ON IN PARK. • THERE ARE PAIRING PROBLEMS WITH BLUETOOTH® HANDSFREELINK®(HFL). • GPS SHOWS INACCURATE VEHICLE LOCATION. • REAR CAMERA DOES NOT DISPLAY. • THERE IS NO SOUND FROM APPLE CARPLAY™ AFTER CONNECTING BLUETOOTH®, THEN USB. • SYSTEM DOES NOT RECOGNIZE “SXM” IN VOICE COMMANDS. • PANDORA® DOES NOT PLAY AFTER HFL CALL ENDS. • VOICE COMMANDS DO NOT WORK. • ANDROID AUTO™ WILL NOT PLAY."
