Summary
"TECHLINE SUMMARY ARTICLE - WEÂ’RE GETTING REPORTS OF THE A/C NOT BLOWING COLD AIR. FROM THEIR BASIC CHECKS, SERVICE TECHS ARE NOTICING THEREÂ’S REFRIGERANT OIL ON THE RADIATOR FAN SHROUD AND SURROUNDING AREAS, INDICATING A LEAK. OUR INVESTIGATION SHOWS THAT THE LOW PRESSURE SUCTION HOSE MAY BE RUBBING AGAINST THE BRACKET FOR THE EXPANSION TANK OUTLET PIPE. THIS RUBBING COMES FROM A VARIATION IN THE HOSE PROFILE. IF THE RUBBING IS SEVERE ENOUGH, IT COULD LEAD TO LEAKS."
