The fuel gauge display has failed (it also displays time, odometer, temp, etc). It comes on intermittently, or not at all. When it does come on, sometimes it's glitched out/complete gibberish, with the wrong fuel amount. Many, many other Honda Fits have this issue (no recall, corporate refuses to acknowledge this manufacturing defect). Time, mileage, and temperature have no effect. Cost is $700+ for dealer to fix.
My 2015 Honda Fit LX with only 22,000 miles has 4 system lights all came on at once ' TPMS, check engine, electric power steering (eps), vehicle stability assist (vsa). The mechanic recommended that all 4 fuel injectors along with fuel pipes will need to be replaced after ruling out ignition coils and spark plugs as potential issues. He stated that there are known issues with direct fuel injectors with Honda of this model year. A search on the internet and NHTSA website confirmed this is known issue of this model year Honda as reported by many Honda owners with similar problems. The estimate cost to replace all fuel injectors is $1700-2000. This is a known defective design by Honda but they will not recall or cover the repair.
Similar issue to the others, have the right hand circular lcd panel of the dash which has progressively become worse and is locked, glitched or completely out most of the time when driving or stationary. Started when the car was just out of warranty in 2018 but is now unbearable. Includes odometer, fuel gauge (safety issue), fuel economy and other trip information. Also have had the often mentioned intermittent non-starting issue which was solved with a new starter with less than 35,000 miles on the car.
Fuel gauge cluster is a blue blank when the car is cold and I cannot see how much fuel I have. Once the car is warm the gauge displays my fuel level and other information contained on the screen.
The speedometer and gas register either goes blank or shows gibberish several times a day. You cannot deduce speed limit on highway or see how much gas you have.

Frequently, with the motor running and the car either stationary or moving, the right dash pod displaying led readouts of the odometer, fuel level remaining, running miles per gallon, trip odometer, time and outside temperature will intermittently blank out, sometimes to return as lcd gibberish in anywhere from 10-30 minutes, after which time information may or may not come back in accurate form during the course of a trip. Documented by many others on Honda Fit website www.fitfreak.net (2015 Honda Fit fuel gauge display failure).
Electronic starting issues. Constantly fails to start. I put a new battery and also changed the battery to the key fob but still having starting issues. It intermittently fails to start. Sometimes it will take multiple tries before it will start. The vehicle has only 30,572 miles and this should not happen. A few times I actually had to attach a jump start power system to start the vehicle, everything in vehicle comes on normally with power just doesn't start constantly. Happens constantly no matter how far I drive.

Purchased the car on 1/24/2020, has happened 3 times since then, most recently on 2/5/2020. Documented by many others on Honda Fit website www.fitfreak.net (2015 Honda Fit fuel gauge display failure).
The right side of the instrument panel display, that includes the fuel gauge, odometer, fuel economy readout and service reminders, has started to display intermittently. Sometimes it displays gibberish. Sometimes the screen is blank. Sometimes it is okay. Problem started about one year ago, presenting a mixed up display. It has slowly worsened, to include the totally blank display happening some of the time. Happens with car stationary or moving. Changing direction or speed has no effect. Initially seemed to occur when air temperature was cold ( @ 30 degees F ), and improved as air temp and car temp warmed. Now has happened when air temp is @ 50 degrees F..
Hello, the car won't start. It's a keyless start button. Button, panel, music, lights and all start. Everything's normal but the car won't start or turn over. I lower the handbrake, press down on the brake and press the starter button but can't get the engine to start. It has started after numerous tries. But the problem persists. I can't reliably expect to start the car. Please advise as I see many complaints posted on the web.
The small screen behind the steering wheel that displays the fuel level and odometer will occasionally display gibberish or just display nothing. The backlight will stay on while this happens. It so far clears itself after a few minutes and seems to be more common on colder days, but im noticing that im not the only person affected by this issue and would like this to be addressed by Honda.
The guage that reads the mileage and gas level in the dashboard is glitching excessively. There will be times the screen is completely blank. Other times it is unreadable. It happens whether the car is newly turned on, being driven, or if I restart the car. Was also not fixed with a new battery. It began a couple times in 2017 and it is now turning into a daily occurrence.
The lcd screen that has your gas gauge mileage trip milage. Tempture stays blue when it below 43 degrees but goes back after driving it for 10 minutes only in the morning
When I turn on my car, the odometer no longer displays information. Every once in a while, it will flicker and glitch and sometimes come back. However, most of the time, I am unable to see my fuel gauge, which is a safety issue. This started back in November 2019, and it now happens every day.
Fuel injectors failed at 104,000 causing a $2K+ repair. Routine maintenance was followed per the manual.the push button start also failed at the same time. I believe these issues speak to the poor build quality at the plant in Mexico and represent a small portion of the issues inherent in this vehicle.
The instrument cluster that shows the odometer and fuel gauge randomly doesn't appear when I turn on my car. It usually happens when it is cold outside (less than 55-ish). The screen will turn on sometime after driving 4-10 miles. At first the screen will look garbled, but then it will be fine. It looks like a ton of people are reporting this problem.
My key ignition light went on starting 9/2019. I went to the dealer and had to get the electrical panel related to the ignition and starter replaced. It might be related to the recall of the 2013-14 model where the front panel had to be replaced.
I have a Honda Fit 2015 ex with about 58K on it. I bought it pre-certified used 2 years ago this month from the Honda dealership. I am now experiencing the disappearing of the fuel gauge and odometer display for up to 5 min + intervals, especially upon starting the car in the morning but also while driving (on streets and highways). At first I thought it was a fluke, but now it's happening daily. I've gone to the service dept. At the Honda dealership where I bought the car and at first was told they couldn't find anything wrong. I pressed them with my photos and after meeting with the dir. Of service, who then did the diagnostics, he said that the whole unit, called the 'combination meter assembly' would have to be replaced, for about $800 not including labor. That's $$$. american Honda has so far refused to admit their fault and liability here. There is no negligence on my side. When I researched this malfunction online, it turns out that there are many people and many forums documenting this particular problem for my exact Honda Fit 2015 model. It's very disconcerting to be saddled with this problem. It is not only a safety issue but it is a liability issue, re: Odometer readings, being insured, future resale.. if for any reason the display is not reading correctly, and not correctly displaying the proper # of miles, it's a more serious matter. Of course, not knowing how much fuel you have in your tank is also a serious matter! an investigation and recall should be started for this issue. It is dangerous to drive with a faulty display and illegal not to have the proper odometer readings. No way should any of us who own this make and model have to pay for this repair. It's Honda's fault.
The part of the dashboard that shows the fuel levels, mpg, and odometer keeps shorting out and only showing a blank blue screen. Sometimes it will try to come back on and show random lines and symbols. It's impossible to know how much gas I have, which makes me extremely uncomfortable driving it. This happens when I first start the car. Sometimes it will come back on correctly after about 20-30 minutes of running the car. There has been no correlation in any conditions of when it works verses when it doesn't.
