LEATHER SEATS CRACKING AND COMING APART! Interior drivers side seat has been cracking now for 4 years, contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs which was worthless, nasty, rude and unkind even after writing several letters while attaching photo's of the problem. Had seat repaired MY COST at dealership (local) with promise it would work, they used an outside contractor who only used glue in a lighter color then my seats, charged me 375.00 for a terrible job done. When picking up the car it wasn't complete, still cracked and dealership refused to refund monies I PAID to have this repair completed. Had to contact Infiniti corporate to obtain a refund while attaching photo's while dealership refused to help me, they also refused to discount a total seat replacement which was needed, was told it would COST ME 1400.00 to replace seat after paying 52,000 for this car. I would think this issue should not have occurred and a defect is apparent. INFINITI"S refusal to replace, repair or acknowledge this concern and problem really leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Also has bubbling dashboard which also is totally ignored by all parties. Wonderful car otherwise with great power but no support from consumer affairs or local dealership in Hilton Head SC., they are without a doubt the WORST INFINITI DEALERSHIP I've ever dealt with and would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A CAR FROM THEM. The details are many with issues attempting to work out these concerns. Also had bottom undercoat cover falling off and dealership charged me for looking at it but refused to repair told me to replace at a cost of 350.00 when all it needed was a few bolts to reattach.
