The AC stopped working in the car, and apparently when that happens, the whole center console unit goes out. It was the only major repair work ever needed while I had the car from milage 130,000 - 178,000) , so in the big picture, this really wasn't that bad, but it wasn't something I could ignore or leave unfixed. If I find the service ticket, I'll add more details to this description.
